- Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
- Applicant must have a clean personal and professional background and hold no criminal records.
- Applicant cannot be a EEA or a Swiss national.
- Applicant and their dependants must prove that they are in good health and have an appropriate health insurance policy.
- Applicant must purchase or lease a property in Malta.
- Applicant must make an additional qualifying investment in Government Stock.
