To qualify for the Maltese Residency and Visa Programme (MRVP), an applicant must meet the following criteria:
Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
Applicant must have a clean personal and professional background and hold no criminal records.
Applicant cannot be a EEA or a Swiss national.
Applicant and their dependants must prove that they are in good health and have an appropriate health insurance policy.
Applicant must purchase or lease a property in Malta.
