Criteria


To qualify for the Maltese Residency and Visa Programme (MRVP), an applicant must meet the following criteria:

  • The programme is open to third country nationals i.e. not Maltese, EU, EEA or Swiss nationals.

  • An applicant needs to be at least 18 years of age.

  • Applicants must have a clean criminal record.

  • Applicant and their dependents must prove that they have a good health and an appropriate health insurance policy.
