To qualify for the Greek residency by investment programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Fulfil the investment requirements.

- Applicant and their spouse, children, and parents must have health insurance in Greece.
- Applicant must hold a valid visa at the beginning of the application process in order to enter Greece.
