Why obtain Cypriot permanent residency?

As a Cypriot PR holder, you can freely travel around the European Union countries without any restrictions, as the EU has a policy to welcome Cypriot residents without any obligations. You will also benefit from ease of obtaining a Schengen visa, usually issued within one week.

Eligibility for citizenship

A Cyprus Permanent Resident has the right to apply for a Cypriot citizenship if they were physically present / resided in the country for a certain number of years.

Cyprus is known to have one of the most attractive tax rates in Europe. Cypriot PR holders benefit from 0% tax on worldwide immovable property tax, as well as 0% tax on inheritance, wealth, gifts and more.
